Mornings start at the Ninja DualBrew coffee bar — grounds, K-cups, or a latte with the fold-away frother — before the ten-to-fifteen-minute walk down to Public Access 36, where half a mile of quiet lane gives way to the sugar-white sand of the Emerald Coast. The boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys are already in the garage; just grab and go.
Back home, the open-concept living floor holds a 65-inch Roku TV, a glass-top table for six plus four island barstools, and a kitchen with everything from an air-fryer toaster oven to a waffle maker. Upstairs, three bedrooms sleep the whole crew — every one with its own Roku TV, blackout shades, and a white-noise machine. Evenings end with burgers on the propane grill under the always-shaded patio, fifteen to twenty minutes from the jetties at St. Andrews State Park and half an hour from the cobblestones of 30A.
